Overview

AI-generated overview

Read and write Revamp CRM contacts, deals, notes and synced e-commerce orders from an assistant through a hosted remote endpoint.

What you can do
  • Look up account context: current user, contact stages, deal currencies and contact custom fields
  • Search, list and read contacts, including a contact's deals and full details
  • List, search and group deals by pipeline stage, with filters for status, owner, dates and currency
  • Read notes and timeline entries, and fetch or count synced e-commerce orders per store
  • Create and update contacts, create deals, add notes, and mark deals won or lost
  • Check usage, request a missing feature, upgrade or cancel the subscription
When to use it
Useful when you want an assistant to answer questions about a Revamp CRM pipeline, look up a contact and their deals or orders, or log notes and update deal status without opening the CRM. It suits sales follow-up and reporting work rather than bulk data migration.
Requirements
A remote MCP endpoint; no local package or runtime. Connect with the URL only, then sign in through OAuth with the email used for Revamp CRM and that user's Revamp CRM API key (not the account password). No Authorization header or API key goes in the client config. Free plan allows 50 tool calls per month.
Before you install
Six tools write to the CRM: creating and updating contacts, creating deals, adding notes, and marking deals won or lost. Updates overwrite passed fields and replace tags, and create_contact does not check for duplicates. Paid plans cost money ($9/month Pro, $39/month Pro+); upgrade returns a Stripe checkout link, and cancellation gives no refund for the current period. The login page asks for a Revamp CRM API key, which is sent to the hosted provider.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Revamp CRM MCP by usefulapi in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.usefulapi%2Frevamp-crm/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

revampcrm_create_contact

Create contact

WRITE: create a new contact (person or organization) in the Revamp CRM account. It does not email or message the contact. Returns Revamp CRM's import result (status, message, the new id in ImportingIntoId). POST /Contacts/New.

Parameterscitynamerequiredtagsstatetitlegendercountrywebsitesubscribeddescriptionpostal_codecontact_type+11 more

revampcrm_update_contact

Update contact

WRITE: change fields of an existing contact. Only the fields you pass change: the tool reads the stored contact first and sends it back with your changes (Revamp CRM's update replaces the whole record). `tags` replaces the contact's tags; passing a field overwrites its old value. It does not email or message the contact. PUT /Contacts/Edit.
