Overview

AI-generated overview

Hosted MCP server that lets an assistant look up SingleOps clients, operations and custom inputs, and create new leads in your SingleOps account.

What you can do
  • List the account's operations (divisions) and custom input fields
  • Search existing clients by email or phone to avoid duplicates
  • Create a new lead in the Lead stage, using an operation and an existing or new client
  • Check monthly tool-call usage, request a missing feature, and upgrade or cancel the paid plan
When to use it
Useful when you work in SingleOps and want an assistant to check whether a client already exists, look up the right operation, and draft or create leads from a conversation without switching to the SingleOps UI.
Requirements
Remote endpoint only, no local install; connect with the server URL and sign in through OAuth. On first connect you supply a SingleOps API user email and API token, which the server validates and stores per user. An API user is obtained by emailing SingleOps support. Network access required.
Before you install
Creating a lead writes data and is not idempotent, so repeated calls create duplicate leads; confirm before running it. The API token is a credential and should be entered only in the OAuth login page, not in client config. Paid plans cost money and are billed through a Stripe checkout link; the free tier is limited to 50 calls a month. The server stores your token per user.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open SingleOps MCP by usefulapi in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.usefulapi%2Fsingleops/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

README

SingleOps MCP by usefulapi

Use your SingleOps account from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. Search clients, list operations and custom inputs, and create leads. Hosted, no local install: connect with your own credentials.

Live endpoint: https://singleops.usefulapi.io/mcp · Homepage: https://usefulapi.io

Connect

  • Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste https://singleops.usefulapi.io/mcp.
  • Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http singleops https://singleops.usefulapi.io/mcp, then run /mcp to log in.
  • VS Code: Add to VS Code.
  • Cursor and other clients: add the URL as a remote MCP server:
json
{  "mcpServers": {    "singleops": {      "url": "https://singleops.usefulapi.io/mcp"    }  }}

Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config: the server signs you in with OAuth, and the login page asks for your SingleOps credentials.

Step-by-step setup, where to find your credentials, and FAQ: https://usefulapi.io/singleops/

On first connect you provide an API user email and an API token. Email [email protected] to get an API user. The token only allows lead entry. The server validates it and stores it per user. No keys go in config files.

singleops_list_operations

List operations (divisions)

List the operations (divisions) of the SingleOps account. A lead needs an operation `id` from this list. Read-only.

Takes no parameters.

singleops_list_custom_inputs

List custom inputs

List the custom input fields of the account (for example a 'Lead Source' field). Use the `id` as `custom_input_id` when you create a lead. Read-only.

Takes no parameters.

singleops_search_clients

Search clients by email or phone

Search existing clients by email or phone (prefix match, up to 50 results per page). Search first, then pass the client `id` to singleops_create_lead to avoid a duplicate client. Read-only.

Parameterspagesearch_termrequiredsearch_fieldrequired

singleops_create_lead

Create a lead

WRITE: create a new lead in SingleOps (stage Lead). Not idempotent: each call creates a new lead, so do not repeat it. Needs `operation_id` (singleops_list_operations) and either `client_id` (singleops_search_clients) or client details in `portal_lead`. A person must confirm the lead in SingleOps before it counts as valid. Optionally creates a task with it.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
