Overview

AI-generated overview

Hosted MCP server for Stiply e-signing: read sign requests, signers and audit trails, and send, remind, extend or cancel them.

What you can do
  • List and look up sign requests by status, id or external key, with timestamps and reject reasons
  • Inspect signers, attached document metadata and the audit trail of each action
  • Create and send a sign request from PDF URLs to chosen signers
  • Send reminders, extend the signing term or cancel a sign request
  • Check usage, request a missing feature, and upgrade or cancel the paid plan
When to use it
Useful when you track contract or agreement signing in Stiply and want an assistant to answer questions like which documents are still unsigned, who has not signed yet, or why a request was rejected, and to trigger reminders or cancellations from chat.
Requirements
Remote endpoint reached over streamable HTTP; no local install. Sign-in uses OAuth, and on first connect you supply a Stiply Personal Access Token (from Stiply settings), which the server stores per user. No API key or Authorization header goes in the client config. A Stiply account is required.
Before you install
Four tools write to Stiply: creating a sign request immediately downloads the PDFs and emails all signers, reminders email signers, and cancellation cannot be undone. Confirm recipients and actions before running them. Your Stiply token is stored by the third-party host. Free tier is limited to 50 calls a month; paid plans are billed through Stripe checkout links and are not refunded for the current period.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Stiply MCP by usefulapi in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.usefulapi%2Fstiply/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

README

Stiply MCP by usefulapi

Use your Stiply account from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. Read sign requests, signers and audit trails, and send, remind, extend or cancel sign requests. Hosted, no local install: connect with your own credentials.

Live endpoint: https://stiply.usefulapi.io/mcp · Homepage: https://usefulapi.io

Connect

  • Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste https://stiply.usefulapi.io/mcp.
  • Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http stiply https://stiply.usefulapi.io/mcp, then run /mcp to log in.
  • VS Code: Add to VS Code.
  • Cursor and other clients: add the URL as a remote MCP server:
json
{  "mcpServers": {    "stiply": {      "url": "https://stiply.usefulapi.io/mcp"    }  }}

Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config: the server signs you in with OAuth, and the login page asks for your Stiply credentials.

Step-by-step setup, where to find your credentials, and FAQ: https://usefulapi.io/stiply/

On first connect you provide a Stiply Personal Access Token (Stiply → Settings → API). The server validates it and stores it per user. No keys go in config files.
