Overview

AI-generated overview

Hosted MCP server for SuiteDash CRM: lets an assistant read and update contacts, companies and projects, and create leads and clients.

What you can do
  • List and fetch contacts and companies, with filters, tags, addresses and custom fields
  • Inspect the account's contact, company and project field schemas, including custom field UIDs
  • Create and update contacts and companies, optionally linking them and sending portal invitations
  • List and fetch projects with client, team and economics details, and update project fields
  • Subscribe people by email to marketing audiences and list Worlds client groupings
  • Check monthly usage, request a missing feature, and upgrade or cancel the paid plan
When to use it
Useful when you work in SuiteDash and want an assistant to look up CRM records, draft or apply contact and company changes, review project details, or enroll people in marketing audiences without switching apps.
Requirements
Remote endpoint reached over streamable HTTP; no local package. Sign-in is via OAuth, and the login page asks for SuiteDash credentials. On first connect you supply the SuiteDash Secure API Public ID and Secret Key from Integrations → Secure API. A free plan allows 50 tool calls per month; paid plans are billed per user.
Before you install
Several tools write data: creating and updating contacts and companies, updating projects, and subscribing people to marketing audiences, which can start campaigns or automations for real people. Welcome-email options send portal invitations to contacts. Tags and custom fields passed in updates replace existing values. The service is third-party hosted and receives your SuiteDash API credentials and CRM data. Paid plans cost money and are billed through a checkout link.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open SuiteDash MCP by usefulapi in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.usefulapi%2Fsuitedash/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows
