Requirements
Remote MCP endpoint, no local install. Sign-in is via OAuth; on first connect you supply a webCRM application token (a GUID created under Configuration, Integration, API, REST), which the server stores per user. No API key or Authorization header goes in the client config. A webCRM account is required.
Before you install
Two tools write to the CRM: creating activities and adding activity notes; confirm before running them. The server stores your webCRM application token per user. Usage is metered: the free plan allows 50 tool calls a month, and paid plans are billed through Stripe checkout links returned by the upgrade tool, with no refund for the current period on cancellation. Meta tools can start or cancel a subscription.

Installation

  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use your webCRM account from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. Searches and reads persons, organisations, opportunities, activities and support cases, and creates activities and notes. Hosted, no local install: connect with your own credentials.

Connect

  • Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste https://webcrm.usefulapi.io/mcp.
