When to use it
Useful when you want an assistant to answer bookkeeping questions for a Yuki administration, such as which invoices are still open or overdue, what a ledger account balance was on a date, or what net revenue a period produced, and to look up contacts and archived invoices or receipts.
Requirements
A remote MCP endpoint added by URL only; no Authorization header or API key in the client config. Sign-in uses OAuth, and on first connect you paste your Yuki web service access key, which is validated and stored per user. A Yuki account with web service access is needed; the free plan allows 50 tool calls per month.
Before you install
The Yuki web service access key is a credential: it is entered during OAuth sign-in and stored per user, so treat it as a secret. An accountant key can reach many domains, so check which administration a request targets. Paid plans are billed through a Stripe Checkout link returned by the upgrade tool, and cancelling does not refund the current period. Document download links are presigned and work only briefly.

Installation

  1. Open Yuki MCP by usefulapi in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
