Overview

AI-generated overview

Hosted MCP server for a Zadarma telephony account: read balance, tariffs, SIP/PBX status and call logs, and send SMS.

What you can do
  • Check account balance, price plan and per-minute call rate for a number
  • List SIP numbers, PBX extensions and virtual numbers, and check whether they are online
  • Retrieve call statistics for a period and temporary download links for call recordings
  • List SMS templates by category and send an SMS to up to 10 numbers
  • Report monthly tool-call usage, request a missing feature, and upgrade or cancel the paid plan
When to use it
Useful when you want an assistant to answer questions about a Zadarma account — balance, plan, call costs, which numbers are online, recent call activity — or to send an SMS from that account without opening the dashboard.
Requirements
Remote endpoint reached over streamable HTTP; no local install. Sign-in is via OAuth, and the login page asks for the Zadarma API key and secret key (from the Zadarma account's API section), which the server stores per user. No keys or Authorization header go in the client config. A free tier allows 50 tool calls per month; paid plans are billed separately.
Before you install
The server receives and stores your Zadarma API key and secret key, so you are trusting a third party with account credentials. Sending SMS sends real messages to up to 10 numbers and is billed to the Zadarma balance, and it is not retried — check the result before resending. Call statistics are limited to 3 calls per minute, so avoid polling. Upgrade tools return payment links for paid plans; cancellation runs to the end of the paid period with no refund.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Zadarma MCP by usefulapi in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.usefulapi%2Fzadarma/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

README

Zadarma MCP by usefulapi

Use your Zadarma account from Claude, Cursor, or any MCP client. It reads your balance, price plan, call rates, SIP and PBX status, virtual numbers and call logs, and it can send an SMS. Hosted, no local install: connect with your own credentials.

Live endpoint: https://zadarma.usefulapi.io/mcp · Homepage: https://usefulapi.io

Connect

  • Claude (claude.ai, Desktop): open Customize → Connectors, click + Add → Add custom connector, and paste https://zadarma.usefulapi.io/mcp.
  • Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http zadarma https://zadarma.usefulapi.io/mcp, then run /mcp to log in.
  • VS Code: Add to VS Code.
  • Cursor and other clients: add the URL as a remote MCP server:
json
{  "mcpServers": {    "zadarma": {      "url": "https://zadarma.usefulapi.io/mcp"    }  }}

Add only the URL. Do not add an Authorization header or an API key to the client config: the server signs you in with OAuth, and the login page asks for your Zadarma credentials.

Step-by-step setup, where to find your credentials, and FAQ: https://usefulapi.io/zadarma/

On first connect you provide your Zadarma API key and secret key (my.zadarma.com → API). The server validates it and stores it per user. No keys go in config files.
