Apify Generate Output Schema

Deprecated skill that redirects Actor output schema generation to the apify-actor-development skill.

What it does

This skill is a deprecation notice. It states that generating and updating Actor output schemas (dataset_schema.json, output_schema.json, key_value_store_schema.json) has moved to the apify-actor-development skill. It instructs the agent to load that skill and follow its output-schemas reference, or, if unavailable, to tell the user this skill is deprecated and help them install the replacement.

When to use it

Use only when a user asks for Actor output schema generation and the apify-actor-development skill is not available, in which case the agent should explain the deprecation and point to installing the replacement. Otherwise, prefer the apify-actor-development skill directly.

Requirements

No scripts or packages; instructions only. It references installing the apify-actor-development skill from a GitHub repository via a plugin command, the Skills CLI, or a cloned repo, which requires network access.
