Design how a hands-on technical workshop or training session actually runs, once the format decision has committed hours to it - facilitator coverage, participant prerequisites and environment setup, capacity ceilings, session length, materials, and what breaks when a room of laptops cannot reach the network. Use whenever the user mentions planning the sessions inside a workshop day, how many helpers a lab needs, writing prerequisites or setup instructions, capping workshop seats, bring-your-own-laptop versus a provisioned environment, or surviving bad venue WiFi - even if they never say "workshop". Do NOT use to place sessions in the grid - use samber/dev-event-organizer-skills@event-schedule-design instead.
