Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP server that lets an assistant screen Base tokens, wallets and x402 endpoints for scam risk and verify on-chain payments before acting.

What you can do
  • Check a Base token address or URL, or a wallet, against scam, rug, sanctions, USDC-blacklist and known-scam-deployer signals, returning OK, CAUTION, AVOID or VERIFY_MORE with the supporting facts.
  • Inspect an x402 endpoint's payment request and its history to judge whether it is safe to pay, without paying it.
  • Verify an on-chain payment from a transaction hash on Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Solana or Bitcoin, with the chain detected if omitted.
When to use it
Useful when an assistant or trading agent is about to buy a Base token, interact with a wallet, or pay an x402 endpoint and needs a quick risk verdict or payment confirmation first. Also handy for checking a transaction hash after a payment.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no package, account, API key or header is declared. Network access to the endpoint is needed. Free calls are limited per IP per day, after which calls are paid per use via x402.
Before you install
Beyond the free daily allowance, calls are charged per use through x402, so an assistant may be asked to pay and retry; a PaymentRequired result indicates this. A null result means unknown, not safe, and results are facts rather than financial advice. The server never pays an endpoint itself, but payment verification and risk verdicts should not be treated as guarantees.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open PickleCheck in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/io.github.PickleCheck%2Fpicklecheck/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows
