Overview

AI-generated overview

RetentionCheck lets an assistant analyze customer churn from Stripe, Postgres, MySQL or pasted feedback and get AI-ranked churn drivers with suggested fixes.

What you can do
Analyze Stripe subscriptions and customers to surface churn drivers and suggested fixes. Run SQL churn analysis against Postgres or MySQL, choosing the dialect. Analyze pasted customer feedback text into AI-ranked churn reasons. Show an example analysis without needing an API key.
When to use it
Use it when you want to find why customers churn from Stripe, Postgres, MySQL or pasted feedback and get ranked drivers with suggested fixes. Suited to a quick diagnostic before planning retention work.
Requirements
Runs locally over stdio from an npm package, so Node.js is needed. analyze_churn, analyze_stripe_churn and analyze_sql_churn require ANTHROPIC_API_KEY; Stripe analysis needs STRIPE_SECRET_KEY; SQL analysis needs POSTGRES_URL or MYSQL_URL. Network access to the Anthropic API and to Stripe or the chosen database is required.
Before you install
Asks for several secrets: ANTHROPIC_API_KEY, STRIPE_SECRET_KEY and the database connection strings POSTGRES_URL or MYSQL_URL, which themselves contain credentials. Use a read-only database user and a restricted Stripe key. Customer feedback and financial data are sent to Anthropic for analysis. Anonymous usage telemetry is on by default; set RETENTIONCHECK_TELEMETRY=0 to opt out.

Score

25% of the applicable checks met

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.

  • Reached in the last 30 days25 pts

Keep the endpoint answering the MCP handshake; SourceWeft probes it every 30 days.

  • Auth declared10 pts

Declare the credential headers in the registry entry, or keep the endpoint answering the probe so its auth can be classified.

  • Tools listed15 pts

Answer tools/list without a credential, or ship a package that starts in a sandbox without one.

  • DescriptionRequired15 pts
  • Logo10 pts
  • Documentation15 pts

Declare a GitHub repository with a README, or serve resource_documentation in the OAuth protected-resource metadata.

  • License10 pts

Declare a license in the repository or the registry entry.
