Looks up a company profile from a domain name and presents industry, size, location and description.
- What it does
- Takes a domain name or company name, resolves it to a domain, and calls an enrichment service to retrieve a company profile. It then presents the profile as a table with industry, size, founded year, headquarters and type, plus a description, social profiles and suggested next actions. If no data is found for the domain, it returns a short message suggesting a spelling check or a company search.
- When to use it
- Use when the user asks about a company, wants company details, or asks what a company does based on its domain or name. It fits quick lookups of firmographic information such as industry, headcount and headquarters.
- Requirements
- Requires access to the Company-Enrichment enrichment service (and Combined-Enrichment for combined company and contact lookups), which consumes 1-2 enrichment credits per successful lookup. No scripts are shipped; the skill is instructions only.
