執行需求
遠端 Streamable HTTP 端點，無需安裝。需要 OAuth 2.1 登入（PKCE 與動態用戶端註冊），首次使用時用戶端會開啟登入頁面。未宣告環境變數或標頭。
安裝前請注意
透過 OAuth 登入，伺服器與你的帳號綁定。它會給出「停用」「下單」等決策建議；在公開招標模式下排序僅為輔助證據，行動前應人工複核。處理大檔案時建議改用本機腳本工具，讓資料留在自己的電腦。

Procurement & Supplier Selection

Explained, audit-ready supplier choice and buying-quantity decisions from delivery, spend and supplier scores. Weights suppliers with AHP, ranks them with TOPSIS, scores on-time / defect reliability, sizes lots with quantity-discount EOQ, and maps the book into Kraljic spend quadrants. Public-tender mode treats the ranking as supporting evidence only.

Point it at https://procurement-and-supply-mcp.saifs.ai/mcp using the Streamable HTTP transport. The server returns 401 with a WWW-Authenticate: Bearer … resource_metadata=… challenge, so OAuth-aware clients sign in automatically.
